What is turnover?

Turnover is the total amount you must wager before you can withdraw any winnings from a bonus. It is calculated on the deposit plus the bonus amount combined, not on the bonus alone.

For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus, your turnover requirement applies to RM200. You must bet that total a certain number of times before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

Game weighting explained

Not all games count equally towards your turnover requirement. Slots contribute 100% of every bet, so each RM1 spin counts as RM1 towards the target.

Live dealer tables contribute only a fraction, often 10% or less. Low-odds sportsbook selections, such as heavy favourites, usually contribute nothing at all. Always check the lobby for exact percentages.

Maximum bet limit

While a bonus balance is active, the site enforces a maximum bet per spin or hand. This limit is typically a few ringgit, such as RM5 or RM10, depending on the offer.

If you place a bet larger than the stated limit, the platform may void your bonus and any winnings from it. Always check the terms before playing.

Expiry and forfeiture

Each bonus runs on a rolling window from the moment it credits to your account. If you do not complete the turnover requirement within that time, the bonus portion is forfeited.

Your original deposit is never taken away. Only the bonus funds and any winnings from them are removed if the expiry passes. You can still withdraw your deposit.
